Mists of Pandaria zal net als alle WoW uitbreidingen na de BattleNet accountactivering kosteloos te downloaden zijn. Je hoeft je na het succesvolle toevoegen aan je WoW account dus alleen nog in te loggen in het spel en dan gaat alles automatisch.
Waarschijnlijk zal dit net als bij Cataclysm ook al van te voren mogelijk zijn. Zodra het zeker is hoe het precies gaat, zullen wij daar meteen op attenderen.

Blizzard Entertainments Mists of Pandaria, the fourth expansion for World of Warcraft, reveals a completely new continent for players to discover and introduces the enigmatic Pandaren as a playable race. Except for a few courageous Pandran explorers, this race was hidden from the eyes of the known world for thousands of years. As a result of the Cataclysm, the heroes of Pandaria now emerge to swear allegiance to the Alliance or the Horde.
Mists of Pandaria also introduces an exciting new playable class: The monk. Masters of the Pandaren are enlightened with the most outstanding secrets of their ancient combat arts and will share them with contenders from the Aliance as well as from the Horde. Depending on how they use their "Chi" energy, monks may act as healers, tanks or damage dealers.
Players may now rise to level 90 and experience even more new game contents and features, like flexible scenarios for small groups of adventurers, challenge modes for fearless dungeon fighters and strategic pet fights for your little companions.
